1 min readA legal eye will be full with tears of regret when it grasp a communiqué from the regional delegate of transport Northwest region. The delegate, restricting people of Northwest from traveling to other regions and at the same time giving strict conditions to comply with before granting the permission to travel to other regions is gross violation of Human rights to freedom of movement. Given the fact that refugees are free to seek refuge in other Countries in times of conflict, the government has no rights to restrict citizens of Cameroon from seeking refuge to other regions within the jurisdiction of Cameroon.
