COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Adise Group is a communication company with its head office in Buea, the South West Region of Cameroon. We are specialized but not exclusively in printing, advertisement, music production, photographing, public relations and a host of others
JOB PURPOSE
We are currently recruiting interns and volunteers in our company to monitor public relations activities, ensure effective communications with clients and the media, and to market our services to the targeted population.
DESCRIPTION
- Develop marketing and media relations strategies
- Field services to promote/advertised clients products.
- Track media coverage and follow Adise Group and Clients development
- Monitor the market trends, variations and report to Adise Group management
- Promote the services of Adise Group to the public
- Respond to enquiries about Adise Group from clients and the public
- Research about the markets and device means of profit maximization at lowest cost possible.
- Prepare and submit to the senior management, promotional and publications materials
- Maintain open communications with Adise Group senior management
- Prepares and submit to the senior management weekly, and monthly reports
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background: Journalism and Mass communications, Public relations, Marketing, Social Sciences, Social Media or related fields.
Experience: (exclusively for volunteers only)
- Confirmed experience in the area of Marketing/public relations or communications
- Experience with media management (either Social, broadcasting and written or print)
- Excellent writing, oral presentation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and writing software (MS Office)
- Experience and ability to work under pressure and within limited timeframes
- Excellent planning, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in graphic designing
Comment: Those with exceptional skills in graphic designing (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Web design, CorelDraw etc.) are strongly encourage to apply
LANGUAGE:
Should be fluent in both written and spoken English. French will be an added advantage.
