The president of Cameroon, Paul Biya Orders Disbursement of 84, 700,000frs to victims of stampede that occurred in Olembe Stadium Victims during the African Cup of Nations. The stampede took place on 24 February 2022.
the disbursement was authorized by the President of the Republic Paul Biya on Wednesday February 23, 2022 and the disbursement of the money was made public by the governor of the Centre region, Neseri Paul Bea.
According to him, the money will be evenly distributed to the victims alongside the families of the eight people who died.
