RUGBWA (Rural and Urban Grassroots Business Women Association) is a non governmental organization which working in the North West, west and South West Regions of Cameroon.
It vision is to have a community where gender equity is achieved and where women and girls enjoy all their rights and live in dignity.

RURAL AND URBAN GRASSROOT BUSINESS WOMEN ASSOCIATION shall launch and carry out its activities in accordance to its objectives in the following departments as a women and girls empowerment association.
- Women’s rights advocacy
- Economic empowerment for women and girls
- Social empowerment for women and girls
- Networking with other organizations
- Holding and attending seminars /conferences/meetings

Berinyuy Cajetan is the founder and publisher of Human Rights and Legal Research Centre (HRLRC) since 2017. He has intensive experience in strategic communications for Civil Society Organizations, campaign and advocacy, and social issues. He has an intensive experiencing in human rights monitoring, documentation and reporting.
