The Mandela Washington Fellowship Cameroon Boot Camp (MWFCamp) aims to build the capacity of Cameroonian leaders aged 25-40, equipping them to better manage their organizations and drive positive change in the sectors of Business, Civic Engagement, and Public Management. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to paving the way forward and ensuring that more young Cameroonians benefit from the experiences and knowledge gained during our fellowship in the United States.
Through a series of training and mentorship sessions based on a curriculum developed with US Universities; participants will acquire valuable skills in effective communication, personal branding, ethical leadership, design thinking, problem solving and Innovation

Berinyuy Cajetan is the founder and publisher of Human Rights and Legal Research Centre (HRLRC) since 2017. He has intensive experience in strategic communications for Civil Society Organizations, campaign and advocacy, and social issues. He has an intensive experiencing in human rights monitoring, documentation and reporting.
