Since 2012, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung has been training young people and committed people in Yaoundé. First as a regional program and since 2018 with a focus on Cameroonian participants. We are looking for 25 young women and men who will participate in 2-day trainings (Thursday to Friday) at the end of each month from March to October with 8 sessions. During this period, we will address various themes relating to the values of political leadership, communication and operational management tools, in person or via Zoom.
Eligibility criteria:

Please send your application, consisting of a two-page cover letter and your detailed CV (2 pages max.) in PDF format by email before December 15, 2024 at 4 p.m.
Your cover letter should refer to your commitment to Cameroonian society, explain what you expect from the program and develop the contribution of young people to the transformation of Cameroon.
To better assess the application, the following questions should be answered:
- Why are you applying to this program? How will your participation help fuel your commitment and transform your community (or organization)?
- What would be your contribution to the young leaders training program?
- What do you think is one of the pressing challenges facing Cameroon and how can young people help solve it?
