CALL FOR TENDER: BID INVITATION NO “GCPS/05/CH/25”
Sub: Bid Proposal for the supply of “Facilitation Services”
The Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Africa (CHRDA), in partnership with Civil Peace Service (CPS-GIZ), invites qualified facilitators and service providers to submit bids for the provision of Facilitation Services.
Project Background
This call is within the framework of the project: “Engaging Young People in Combating Hate Speech and Hate-Speech-Fueled Election Violence in the 2025 Presidential Election in Buea, Southwest Region of Cameroon.” Selected facilitators will support a Two-Day Capacity Building Workshop on Combating Hate Speech and Election Violence scheduled for January 23-24, 2026.
Areas of Facilitation
Applicants should have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Establishing and strengthening peace clubs and digital peace communities
- Civic engagement and political participation beyond elections
- Digital citizenship and safe online engagement
- Understanding community tensions, conflict dynamics, and early warning mechanisms
Required Profile
Interested service providers must:
- Have proven experience facilitating workshops, trainings, or institutional events
- Provide a portfolio or evidence of previous facilitation work
- Submit a facilitation curriculum or session plan
- Be legally registered with relevant local authorities
Application Package (Must Include):
- Signed bid letter (typed/printed, preferably on letterhead)
- Copy of business registration certificate
- Copy of localization plan
- Bank attestation
- References from previous clients or institutions
- Copy of manager/owner’s National ID card
- Description of proposed facilitation services
Submission Deadline: Friday 9th, January 2026 and no later than 3:00 PM. Note late submissions will not be accepted.
