Anglophone crisis in Cameroon: At least 3 students and a teacher were killed in an attack in Ekondo Titi

Unknown armed persons have killed at least three students and one teacher of GBHS Ekondo Titi in Ndian Davison of the South West Region of Cameroon in an attack. The teacher killed was a French Language teacher in the said institution and several persons were injured during the attack.
At the time of this report, the Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Africa, headed by Barrister Agbor Balla, on their social media handles have condemned the act. According to the Centre, unknown persons committed the barbaric act resulting in deaths and injuries. The Cameroon National Youth Council Bureau for Ndian Division has also issued a statement condemning the attack. In their statement, they have blamed the separatist fighters for the act.
As reported by the Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Africa, victims of the Massacre includes; Emmanuel Orume 12 Years old, Joyceline Iken 16 years old, Kum Emmanuel 17 years and Mrs Song Celestina Fien, who is a French-language teacher in the School.
The shooting happened just after a few weeks when a girl was gunned down on her way back from the school in Bamenda the North West Region of Cameroon. schools including their students and teachers have continuously been attacked by both the state and non-state actors in one way or the other.
After the Incident in Bamenda according to the Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Africa, a faction of the Ambazonian Interim Government through its spoke person Chris Anu suspended schools across the Anglophone regions and promised violence against those who will attempt to disrespect their stand/
No party has claimed responsibility for the barbaric act at the time of this report nor the Cameroon government have made any official statement regarding the issue.
