when the rule of law failed in a legal society, there is a need for immediate reconstruction. This is because the result will be death, suffering and gross human rights violation in that society. Now in the Anglophone region of Cameroon, director of regional hospital Bamenda (capital city of Northwest) issues a communique pleading with the population to come, identified and collect abandon corpses from the hospital. We therefore plead with the competent authorities to do something reasonable and stop the ongoing breach of fundamental human rights to life by both the Cameroon and Ambazonian soldiers and called for dialogue
